New artstyle ready to spawn!


This is my first time making a commercial game, so I'm not really used with the sheer amount of stuff that needs to be done, even if the game project is medium-sized.

I'm proud to showcase the (almost) final artstyle I commissioned, bot on the visual novel section and the map section. There's still more work to do (mainly to fix lighting effects), but this is roughly how the game will look on release.

The demo will be updated with those new graphics, but it's not a priority for now. There's still a lot of work to do, but I'll try to keep you updated!

Yay for art! But what's the differences between styles? The images at top don't seem different to me?

Both sections got a graphic overhaul, since I wasn't fully satisfied with the previous graphics. (The banter screen though still needs a change of lighting)

Heh, probably because I don't play that many RPG Maker games with lush forests or something?

Yeah, the leaves are similar, even if the tone here is brighter and overall lighthearted.

The previous map felt a little "muddy", and not the best match for the tone of the game in my opinion.
